The Scooter Spies Max, Oscar, Lily, and Lily's pet chameleon, Speck, are practicing their moves at a construction site when they uncover a mysterious old steamer trunk and hear a wild howl in the night. A blue paw print leads them into a daring museum escape, a secret scooter ride across town, and into a giant mountain of goopy mud.
