Schubert is generally considered as the greatest exponent of German songs (Lieder), also wrote a great number of choral and chamber works. Featured works include Symphony no. 8 ("Unfinished"), Rosamunde overture, Erl Konig, Gretchen am Spinade, and Ave Maria.
