Oki densetsu satsujin jiken

Asami Mitsuhiko and Professor Sada went to an island in Oki for the excavation of the Gotoba Emperor's historic remains. However, a dead body of an old man was found drown where it was said to be cursed by the Emperor. Tragically Professor Sada also dies unnaturally. Are these all curses from the Emperor?
