Four years earlier, friends Nicky Horn and Patrick Hanratty had attempted to climb a remote peak in Alaska. They were experienced climbers but nothing had prepared them for the sudden whiteout and storm which led to Patrick's death. Now Patrick's father, druglord Tommy Hanratty, has declared a vendetta on Nicky, convinced that he let Patrick fall to his death.
