Culture counts in communities
This report presents the guiding principles and conceptual framework developed by, and underlying the work of, the Urban Institute's Arts and Culture Indicators in Community Building Project (ACIP). It also reviews the current state of data and research on intergrating arts, culture, and creativity into quality of life measures and sugges prospects for future developments.
