Banpaiya

Toppei is a descendant of a tribe of vampires, who left their own village to live among ordinary people because of the development of that region. Toppei happens to meet Makube Rokurō, or Rokku. Rokku, who wants to be a "big shot" plans a plot to overthrow the current world by using the power of the vampires.
