In the wake of destruction from a worldwide non-nuclear war, humanity adopts biological enhancements in attempts to achieve perfection. When the enhancements of humanity are met with opposition by the uprising of a terrorist organization, two former LAPD Swat members join a special mech piloting military force to take down the terrorist leader.
