The barony was located in today's Berkeley County, South Carolina. "Wadboo Barony was located at the head of the Western Branch of Cooper River, lying partly in the fork between Biggin and Wadboo Creeks and partly to the east of the latter. It adjoined Fair Lawn for a short distance on the southwest, and not far away to the east and southeast were the sites of Wiskinboo, Cypress, and Quenby"--P. viii.
