ordered, that the following resolutions of the board be published, printed in hand-bills, and sent to the several commissioners of the continental loan-offices, to be by them delivered to the treasurers appointed in the several states, to receive continental taxes, to the pay-master and deputy-pay-masters-general, and other officers authorized to receive bills of the emissions ordered to be taken out of circulation
