Alison awakens one night to the sounds of someone pounding on the door of her family's apartment - and nothing is ever the same again. If only it were just burglars. But it's not. It's black-uniformed heavies from the World Government who have stormed into Alison's dreams and into her home. They've come to arrest her whole family, punishment for her activist parents' alleged "crimes of subversion" against the World Government.
