At the end of World War II, America's superheroes faded away, returning to their secret lives. One minor superhero, Tex Thompson, a.k.a. The Americommando, came home from heroic deeds in Germany to parades and medals. Soon, the remaining heroes begin gathering to wonder about Tex Thompson's hidden agenda.
