Alan Arnold, the publicist for Empire Strikes Back, captures in a journal format the production of the film including the unexpectedly harsh snowstorm that delayed filming of Hoth scenes, a verbatim recounting of the development of the scene where Han Solo is frozen in carbonite (yes, the part where Ford suggests "I know" is in there), and the cramped confines of Yoda's hut. The experience is interspersed with many cast and crew interviews.
