Agreement between the United States of America and Colombia, continuing in effect the Agreement of November 23, 1938, as modified by the Supplementary agreement of August 30, 1941, and extended by the Agreement of September 22 and November 5, 1942 and further extended by the Agreement of July 23 and August 7, 1943, effected by exchange of notes signed at Washington June 26 and July 18, 1944, effective November 23, 1944
