This book contains the litigation files that plaintiff's and defendant's lawyers typically have when a case begins. In short, this book contains the files that [people] will start with to actually litigate a case from beginning to end. The cases are realistic (they are based on actual cases) and represent the kinds of cases repeatedly encountered in general civil litigation. They start the way cases usually start for litigators. In short, everything possible has been done to reflect the real world of civil litigators.
