Angelo Pellegrini was a first generation Italian immigrant, whose father moved the family to Washington State in 1913, where Angelo grew up, became a professor at the University of Washington and a recognized writer on Italy cuisine. This book is at once a brief memoir of his life, and of his visit to Italy in 1949, of his Immigrant's return to his ancestral land.
