Duncan's lecture is a transcription (supplied by PennSound, the University of Pennsylvania Center for Programs in Contemporary Writing) of a recording of Robert Duncan's fourth lecture (March 29, 1979), in the first series of Charles Olson Memorial Lectures in Buffalo, NY. The Charles Olson Memorial Lectures were established by Robert Creeley at the English Department of the State University of New York at Buffalo, and were an annual event from 1979 to 1989.
