Although the cover of the book says it is a official guide, there is a section of the guide covering the first game in this series, that is unathorized. There are screenshots for each mission, as well, as the occational screenshot of a in-game map, a images of each mechanical suit {mecha}, and a chart listing its various attributes. The book originally sold for $12.95.
